Our plant nursery is committed to providing our customers with high-quality plants and excellent customer service. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We take great care in packaging and shipping our plants to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, please understand that plants can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather and handling during transit.

If you receive a plant that is damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We may ask for photos of the damaged plant to assist us in determining the best course of action.

In the unlikely event that a plant is dead on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will either replace the plant or issue a store credit.
